30-Day Returns in the United States 

At theunitedgentlemen.com we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return it to us within 30 days.

Return Policy Details

  • Return period: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items cannot be returned, such as opened or used products and gifts that came with the product.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. This allows us to keep prices sharp—even on smaller orders.

How to return an item

  1. Send an email to info@theunitedgentlemen.com with the title Return + Your order number. State the reason for your return.
  2. Our customer service will reply you within 24 hours. We will verify your pick-up location and pick-up time with you.
  3. Once we receive your confirmation, we will send you a shipping label. Please pack our product carefully and in original condition.
  4. Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we will verify the condition of the product and restock the item.
  5. Once all the above steps are completed, we will start the refund process.
    You will receive your refund on your purchase card within 14 business days.

Exchange Policy

  1. The shipping costs for exchanging the product are at your expense.
  2. You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
  3. Send an email to The United Gentlemen with the subject Exchange + Your order number. State the reason for your exchange.
  4. Our customer service will answer you within 24 hours. We will check with you the pick-up location for the return, the pick-up time and the exchange item you want.
  5. Once we receive your confirmation, we will send you a shipping label. Please pack our product carefully in original condition and stick the label on the package.
  6. Once the package is returned to our US warehouse, we will verify the condition of the product and restock the item.
  7. Once all the above steps are completed, we will send out the replacement package.

Damaged Products Policy

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately. If damage is noticed after delivery, please email us within 24 hours at info@theunitedgentlemen.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging for assistance. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging, your order number, and a brief description of the problem. If the product arrives damaged or defective, The United Gentlemen will pay the return shipping costs. A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping cost.

Order Cancellations

You may only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After this brief window, your order enters our processing system and cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@theunitedgentlemen.com after placing your order.

All returns are made at the sender’s risk, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
